Over the moon with the whole service, Paul was very informative and knowledgable when he came out to measure my stairs for a quote, gave me a fantastic price, which included rods, underlay, door plates and fitting, he kept me informed along the way regarding delivery and fitting. Robbie & Mike were two lovely lads, who did a brilliant job, I am over the moon with the end result of a very busy tartan carpet, highly recommend from start to finish *****

Good interaction at the shop and helped me find a right carpet as this was all very new to me. Arranged a time for the fitter to come however this is where it really did let me down. The fitter came in and undertook the work in my living room however what a mess he made, he didn't pick up his rubbish after him and left old pieces of material (which is used under the carpet) right outside my front door and even outside in the alleyway between mine and another house with the plastic covering from the new carpet, slightly creased carpets and some areas not level especially in the corners. Not very professional at all. Disappointed

Really pleased with my laminate in the living room. The gentlemen in the shop and the fitters were all really polite and helpful. I will be using them again definitely!

Recently had a lovely vynil for the kitchen area. Im really pleased with both the service and fitting of it, excellent result. Huge difference to my old tired looking floor. Well done Crosby carpet team.

I telephoned Crosby Carpet Centre asking for a quote for a fitted barrier mat. On the first occasion they put the phone down and then on two more occasions took my details and said that they would call me back. Still no contact from them. Very poor service.

I'm a bit late writing my review but a year ago I had to have new flooring right throughout my house.. it was a refurb and the flooring had to be done in stages to fit round the workmen I had working on the house. Covid made ordering difficult but Mal managed to get the stock in on time and his fitters showed up on the days booked and on time. Excellent service, choice and products..could not fault.

No pushy sales from the start, just professional advice.
The fitter (Joe) arrived bang on on time, told us what he was going to do. He even asked if he could have his radio on low (going above and beyond with customer care) and provided an excellent fit.

Had laminate flooring done was a decent job but all beading was not complete after many calls to the shop and fitter last bit still not complete.had to go and get beading myself at cost from another place and finish it myself.you decide if its the right place for you to decide...the name was under Lancaster when order was made
