Excellent customer service & quality of work throughout. The vinyl I wanted for kitchen & bathroom proved hard to get but instead of taking the easy option for them asking me to choose another they persisted & got it for me. For personal reasons then I asked to delay the job and again Steve could not have been more understanding & accommodating. I am delighted with the new floors & would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Room.
