Great variety to choose from, great advice from the staff who helped us chose the perfect carpet for our hall, stairs and landing. Russell accommodated us by doing the measurements and estimate the same day. James, the carpet fitter arrived and did an amazing job, even improving the layout into the kitchen doorway. Very happy we went into the store as the service and communication throughout the sale and fitting mean we are very satisfied! Thanks very much!!

Absolutely brilliant. Every member of staff has gone above and beyond to help us find and fit the perfect carpets for our home. They measured up for us in a couple of days, gave their expertise in choosing the right carpets for different parts of our home, and found the perfect slot for the carpets to be fitted. Everyone has been friendly, and professional. The only place I will ever come for carpets again.

We have nothing but praise for all the staff connected to Carpet Barn who surveyed our house , helped us choose and then carried out the fitting over 2 days . They were all extremely experienced and skilled , and so helpful too . We are delighted with the end result, with a top quality British manufactured carpet on our stairs, landing and all rooms upstairs . The vinyl covering in the kitchen and breakfast room looks modern and fresh . Huge thanks to everyone involved and we cant recommend them highly enough .

Have just had my static caravan fitted out with carpet. The two fitters who turned up were brilliant, we were unable to remove all furniture but they worked around this moving sofa and beds before making a superb job of the fitting. Would have given 5* but there was a mix up with appointment times. However would recommend if you are looking for new carpets

Russell was fantastic in showing me which carpets would be suitable for my place and what I needed in terms of underlay etc. He also gave me a great price and organised the fitter. It's installed now and looks amazing, thank you!

Really great service from experienced and extremely helpful staff. Absolutely no sales pressure, just very helpful and knowledgeable advice to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. The staff in the relatively new Barrack Road, Christchurch store could not be better.
