I have used this company several times , I am not normally the type of person to complain or add reviews. This time I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the linoleum I purchased. The fitters showed no interest in their jobs(looking to get the job done so they could fleece the next customer). Job completed they rushed out the door, On inspection they left areas uncut and flooring was not flat. Called The showroom and the fitters returned to complete the job. I was still not happy with the finish but they said it would settle down. A week later I called the showroom again to complain. Different fitters attended and seemed to know what they were doing. Now 3 months down the line an I have to replace the full flooring because it it lifting at the edges and general quality is soo poor. I will never use this company again.

Fitters cut through my internet connection, were quite happy to sneak away without mentioning it, only when i noticed they put their hands up... fair cop guv

1st carpet was fitted badly. When we looked closer there were loads of discreminces. Carpet was in bits and pieces on the 1st floor. Thresholds were wrongly fitted (screws would've tore your feet apart) to there credit they renewed the 1st floor carpet. But Holy shmokes they made a mess of that and the new thresholds. Have had no after sales from the seemingly family friendly owner. They will probably use covid as the reason but personally I'd stay clear.

Absolute rubbish company and I wouldn't recommend using them at all my sister let down badly by them and nobody holing accountability

Spent £2500 in this shop.
£2500 was for the entire job which we have voicemails of proof. At the end we were given an extra £800 bill.
I was told the full bill needed paid before the fitters came out.
Men that worked for this man said he’s a nightmare and apologised for the manager.
The manager told us fitters would be an hour or two. Phoned 5 hours later to be told they are definitely coming today. Phoned at 5pm and he said they will be there soon. No one came.
Fitters in the next morning Apologised and didn’t understand why the manager told us they were coming because he knew they had an all day job.
Will never use again…

Have to say I was a bit worried after reading the reviews however we are very happy with our service, the owner helped us find the right carpet, booked us in for fitting, even managed to get us in earlier as room ready quickier, and the fitters did a fantastic job, really pleased with our carpet and we'll definitely be back again.

Spent just under £700.00 for carpet, underlay, gripper, bars and fitting for my hall and stairs. When they eventually came my hall and stairs were fitted with two different carpets. After a lot of back and forth on the phone and an attempt to come and resolve this they have now told me they are not going to fix this problem, leaving me with two different carpets which is not what I purchased.
Would never use this company again! and certainly do not recommend!
Wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to to post this.

Staff were very helpful and friendly service thanks guys.
