Excellent service, quality products and super fitters. There was a fantastic range to choose from despite only seeing one ot two rolls at the front of the shop. Do not be put off by this. From the start we were welcomed and given all of the help we needed. We had a tricky job to gear up carpet fitting with house alterations that affected the size of the room. The staff bent over backwards to make sure that it all happened on time and we were given really good advice about the right sort of carpet to suit the job. Fitters turned up on time, moved the furniture that we found too heavy, left the place clean and tidy, replaced the furniture, and were extremely polite and efficient. The carpet looks beautiful. The whole experience exceeds anything we have had elsewhere on the island.

Absolutely thrilled to pieces with our carpet and vinyl flooring for our new home. The service was excellent and the staff are really friendly. I can't fault anything! I would highly recommend.

I bought my lounge carpet yesterday and it was fitted today! I have received first class service all the way, from choosing the carpet to the excellent fitting carried out today. I was also treated with respect at all times. Excellent quality carpet and underlay at a very reasonable price too. First time using this company and it won’t be my last! Very well done!

Decided at 11.30 this morning that we could do with a new mattress so went to Archers. Ended up ordering mattress, base and headboard at a very reasonable price and it was delivered before 2pm.

Asked for a measurement visit at 10.00 this morning. Crew were there within 20 mins. Received a call from office to ask if we wanted fitting that day. Carpet was selected by us at 11.30 and fitted by 14.30. You really can’t top that for service!

Great service had to postpone fitting a few times as waiting builder’s to finish they were very helpful fitters we’re efficient and tidy also purchased new bed which was a good competitive price and very comfy fully recommend for quality and service

Highly recommend using John Archer Carpets. Incredibly efficient and friendly. I called them 2 weeks before Christmas and they delivered and installed the carpet within a week! I received constant feedback from Mary with photos throughout the installation. They even sent a fitter back the next day to alter the doors to fit. Very impressed from start to finish and will definitely be using again. Outstanding service.
