Birchgrove Carpets

What a fantastic service from Birchgrove Carpets right from when I phoned them a friendly, reliable service right from the off. Owain came out when he said he would and explained how things worked and what service we would get. I explained I wanted to get the carpet fitted as soon as possible and to my surprise Owain arranged for it to be fitted the following week. The day of the fitting there was no hassle for us they even moved the wardrobe out and back in for us when they finished. The fitters were friendly and as helpful as they could be, nothing was any bother for them. I would definitely recommend Birchgrove Carpets and will definitely be using them again. Such a fantastic service.

Being in my mid 60's, have used quite a few carpet suppliers and fitters.
Would like to put on record here, that the guys at Birchgrove Carpets did the most incredible job fully fitting out a 4-bed, new build to the highest possible standards AND finished up by 2pm leaving the house immaculate and a wonderful sight for moving in that day.

Excellent all round customer service and fitting of good quality British carpet at a competitive price.
Felt I’d gone to the right company from the time I walked into the shop on Caerphilly Road. No pressure to buy but very helpful with what we needed.
Came out to our house with samples of the carpet we liked a few days later to measure up and helped with our choice.
Fitted the carpet the following week and did a great job there too.
Very happy customers and would definitely recommend.

Living on my own in an apartment is a challenge when having a full refit but both Lewis and Kyle the fitters that attended reassured me that they would do everything they could to make this process as easy as possible.

Decided to give an independent carpet shop a try, turned out to be a wise move, nothing was to much trouble for Owain and his team, exceptional customer service, high quality workmanship, polite efficient would highly recommend.

Really pleased with my new stair and landing carpet! Practical and helpful advice given over carpet choices by the owner Owain. I was even able to choose the carpet( from a sample book )in the comfort of my own home. The measuring was done for me and I liked that even disposal of the carpet was done for me! I would definitely use Birchgrove Carpets again and recommend⁰ them to others.
