This is a great example of how a shop should be run. It's a small one off store with a huge range of carpets and flooring. The staff are always polite and really know their stuff. In addition to great service, competitive prices and quick delivery they even offer to move and replace furniture for free to allow the fabulous flooring to be laid.

Peter sadd is sound the fitter with a bold head isn't the best, leaves the bottom steps on my stairs, josh is the best. Weeee love ewwww josh

I was recommended this business by a friend who used them and clearly had a very different experience to me! I physically visited them last week and chose a carpet for my stairs. They entered my details in their diary and booked to come and measure this Tuesday. After being home all day, they called towards the end of the day to say they would have to call the next day instead. By 4pm the following day, they had not come by so I called them to see if they were still coming and the fitter who answered the phone didn't know anything about it and said they'd get the manager to call me back when he returned in 10 mins. They did not call me back and still have not visited. Disappointing and a waste of my time.
