Only looks a small shop, an aladins cave. Katie was very knowledgeable on the carpets. Nothing was to much trouble. Went away with a great purchase & the fitting was done 2 days later. Only downside was the aftercare. Not Katie's fault all she was off. Will buy from the again & recommend.

I highly recommend Rob Santwris! I've had my carpets done by them before and when it came to wanting new laminate for my kitchen I honestly couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. Max came to measure up for the quote and from him I particularly felt we recieved such excellent customer service. He really wanted the best option for us and no question was any trouble. Unlike other companies who came to quote us he suggested we take a look under the old floor before deciding on the best flooring choice (we had many level changes we wanted to smooth out). From this point I felt so confident with the fitters and the flooring choice because they went out of their way to make sure we got the finish we desired. Fitting was quick and easy and the finish is perfect. The price was fantastic too. I won't bother going anywhere else in the future they are a great company.

I had laminate flooring fitted a few months ago and Rob Santwris were amazing. They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the start, definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They were so quick with everything they did, from responding to queries to booking in fitting, fitting the laminate (the guys who did it were funny and friendly and did a great job, they are a credit to the business) and when we accidentally didn’t order enough in the first place Rob Santwris got more ordered and fitted ASAP. Will definitely be using only them for any flooring needs in the future

We recently had a carpet fitted on our stairs, landing and son's bedroom. They did a great job of the fitting, however on finishing, the fitting team asked me if I had a vacuum cleaner and a dust pan and brush. Whilst I have no problem with helping out I feel the company should equip their teams with suitable tools to complete the job to a "walk-in" finish. I am a landscaper and do not expect my customers to clean their patio to a suitable finish after I have completed the job. I go to effort to make it spotless for them to move just move into. Also the fitters left a huge bag of off cuts for me to dispose of. I do not expect my customers to deal with the waste from my patio installation. So finally whilst I am happy with the job done I feel that Rob Santwris could improve the service they provide with a more customer focused approach to the finish

Lovely little shop!! Knowledgeable staff member, who was more than happy to advise and help. Felt like a family run business who actually wants people to shop there and go back for more!! Rather than like the major outlets who just want your business!! You can buy various sizes of remnants there as well, more for the smaller rooms....or price pockets!! Recommended to us and will use again.....once we've used them!! Got a rep coming round tomorrow. Parking is out the front (road) or there is a carpark nearby (100 metres away)
