I visited the shop last week. The shop is small but perfectly formed! The range and quality of the available carpets is very impressive. I particularly loved the Danish carpets. The advice and service also 5*. I plan to put my order in soon, but so many fab carpets to choose from!

I don't know what's happened to this company. About 6 years ago we went to them to fit out most of our house with carpet. The owner then gave excellent service, polite, nothing too much trouble. We remembered him very well and what a nice bloke he was. So we thought we'd go back to them last week for an insurance/flood job to replace damaged carpet. I was very disappointed yesterday with the response from (I assume) the manager. I was told 'they don't do insurance quotes', this despite being assured by (his son?) last week that they would supply one, quickly, and our waiting several days for said quote to arrive by email. In fact they would've been the only quote and the job was assured. We'll go elsewhere and expect to get better service.
