Phoned today for some vinyl flooring the women did not know if they did any and could not answer any of my questions and sounded if she could not be bothered would give the nil star for telephone manner not good speaking on the phone needs more training and experience

Last year very pleased with work/service & communication by this small family run carpet business.
However it is a different matter this year around May I contacted Wendy regarding a quote as I there had been a leak, once she knew I wouldn't be claiming against my insurance company she didn't want to know. I have tried on numerous occasions over the months to contact her to no avail (didn't even reply to my emails). This morning I eventually managed to speak to her; she informed me that her husband was working in Bury Port and would call to measure up this afternoon. It is now 06.40 pm and no further communication has been received.
Well that is it, I have tried my best with them but obviously my busuiness didn't bring in enough money for them.
I will, therefore take my business elsewhere and hopefully will manage to get my carpet matched.
A very disruntled customer.
