We had a good walk around the castle 🏰 to get some different angles for pictures. A lovely walk around the pond/Lake. Which had wildlife on and rowing boats walk boards on. Which you can hire. Lovely little town enjoy our trip here.

I was delighted to see that Pembroke Castle had put on something special for the Queen's platinum jubilee and what a stunning location to watch the events from. The Castle itself is well worth a visit with its many exhibition boards and displays. For the brave you can climb the winding stairs to the very top of the great Keep for amazing views. The Castle walk (outside the castle itself) is not to be missed for its great photo opportunities and stunning wildflowers.

Absolutely stunning castle. Literally spent the whole day there yesterday (13th August).
Plenty to see and read about and amazing views. We were lucky enough to watch a re-enactment which was fun. Toilets were very clean, staff were helpful. Lovely day spent at Pembroke Castle and would definitely visit again.

Great for all the family. Lovely castle to visit. Lots to read and walk around and towers to go up. There is a free tour available as well. Very well taken care of and the entry price is good. Not expensive.
Great walk around the outside of it as well.
There is pay and display parking just down the road from the castle.

Great place to have a picnic or there is a cafe and toilets avaible.
Don't have the waffle cones with ice creams from there. They are stale and we just had to throw them away. Just get a tub for it.

Visited the castle with family during the summer hols. There was a falconry theme to the day and displays which is why we chose to visit. It cost £14.50 for myself and my 12 year old. This allowed access to the castle and the falconry displays. Lovely open castle with little nooks and crannies. Lots of narrow steps so beware if you're a little unsteady on your feet. Nice cafe, a couple of food stalls where they made nice coffee's, ice cream and sausage roll type food. Little marquee to shelter in or to eat. Guided tours through the day. Falconry display was exceptional. The guy doing it was very entertaining 😂 The kids and adults really enjoyed, audience participation was popular. Great day for the family.

Went for my wife's birthday, had a guided tour by a lady called sue , she was brilliant, really got us into the history of the castle, spent most of the day there, nice Cafe and displays. You can climb the tower and go down to the cave, really good day out. My kids really enjoyed it too, I've an eight year old girl and a ten year old boy.

A large and amazing castle, one of the most complete and best preserved in the country.
We visited on a horrible, wet and windy day, yet there is so much still complete that we hardly needed to go outside in order to be able to spend a fascinating afternoon looking around.
There are a series of interesting exhibitions and video presentations, telling the story of the castle and also of the local volunteer regiments in the British Army.
Well worth a visit.

Very beautiful, wonderful staff and gift shop. The grounds are so nice to stroll, parking is available very close to the castle, the views from the top are breathtaking. If you are scared of heights I would say this is the time to try to fight that fear, the steps are narrow and high (it’s a very old castle after all) you are allowed to walk without a guide but if you want one they are available on a schedule.
