I offloaded 38 CDs and got 2.65 for them.
For two large bags of mainly DVD box sets I received £14.odd
Then went in later to see one of the box sets priced up at £8.
To be honest I should have donated the lot to a charity shop. At least they'd have received a few much needed sales at the difficult time.
Frankly the shop is a rip off.
I won't sell anymore to them

Frankly I would rather give my suff away than accept the very low prices offered by this shop.
It's annoying that one is offered a misery sum yet they sell the exact item for a huge mark up.
There's better deals to be had in Kendal. Try Tony on the Wednesday market or This n That on Highgate for a much fairer price.

Bought a game a few weeks back, wring game in box when I got home. Cex changed it without any problems. We also bought some dvds. Good, friendly service. 😊

I don't like the idea of paying a lot for a new phone and bought a Sony L1 for under £100 which works well. The staff are friendly and even though my old Sony wasn't worth anything they do check all the phones they sell. You get a 2 year guarantee as well, which is great. I've bought other items from CEX in the past and so far haven't been disappointed.

My phone needed to be analysed for a fault. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. I also use the one in Granada, Spain and those guys are also very helpful.
