Went to this CEX yesterday to sell my PS3 console. The woman serving me could see I had my hands full with things but insisted I pull it out the plastic bag (as if she couldn't do that herself), which resulted in one of the controllers (I had two) fallofall of the bag and breaking on the floor, to which it then couldn't be used to sell as part of what I was selling. After waiting 45 mins for testing, I was told they couldn't accept because of a faulty controller (I wonder why!!!). I was told by a male member of staff to visit a electronics shop a little further down which buys things, because in his words "They don't check things you sell them", not exactly the most professional of advice or behaviour in general. Because of not being able to sell my PS3 because of the controller breaking within your store I had to go without food for another 24 hours, so thank you very much for that.

I bought PS4 second hand and the price was as good as online, plus it gives 2 yrs warranty. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I became member of CEX too :)

Went to CEX yesterday and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Sean’s service was quality and made us feel at ease with our first time in CEX. Definitely recommend and I’ll be going again in the future. Thanks again

Staff were nice enough, but the prices on Switch games doesn't make sense. It's genuinely more expensive or as expensive as first hand!
