Excellent customer service, these guys know what they're talking about when it comes to phone repairs. I've had a few phones repaired from these guys after trying cheaper repair stores in the past I've definitely found the place I will use now and in the future. Some of their repair prices can be a little higher than most places but the reason this is for the quality of the parts and the excellent quality of repair so I guess you get what you pay for.

These guys even repaired my phone that several other shops said was not repairable. Anyway once again excellent service guys and I look forward to using you in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. Had an urgent repair which was dealt promptly even though there it a very busy day with loads of repairs. Had my iPhone battery replaced very quickly at an amazing price with a full report of the faults. A big, big thank you to Rocky who's courtesy, professionalism and prompt response saved me from being without a phone which would have a negative impact for my own work. 5 star service!!

Took my husband's phone in for screen repair today at 3pm, a lot more damage than I expected and needed it back same day. Done less than 2 hours later.

First class service. I was very nervous about taking my phone to someone that I did not know after having spent two hours on a Technical Support line the night before trying to resolve a complex software issue. Rocky made things very clear detailing options available and guided me to most appropriate course of action. Resolved issue very promptly and the bill was reasonable. I don't normally write reviews but in this case it's warranted - great to be able to recommend someone locally that can be relied upon and represents good value.

I went to a Apple franchise store to enquire about replacing the port (bearing in mind my phone was only just months out of warranty); I would pay £39 upfront for a technician to look at it but when I asked for a ball park for figure and was told that it would be a replacement phone: £400! So I’d be paying £39 for two seconds of a technicians time to look at it and tell me that...

Anyway, the Phone Tree! I popped in and had my phone looked over, my phone was handed over and within an hour was fixed and ready to collect! Also at a fraction of the price the Apple franchise quoted! Very professional and great to deal with and I no doubt would go back here should I have any other phone issues!

Having used other phone repair shops in Leamington this is by far the best I have used. The customer service and level of repair is excellent! The Phone Tree is definitely going to be my go to place for all my mobile repairs and accessories.

Would recommend this place! Fixed my iPhone8 screen in 45 mins and gave me a discounted glass screen protector. The man in the shop was extremelly helpful and knowledgeable and let me know exactly was he was doing and all the precautions that came with it. Good price as well! Now my phone screen looks just like new!

I took my old i-phone to The Phone Tree for a new battery. Super quick service. Really helpful and friendly. I would happily recommend Phone Tree to anyone who needs a repair. My son had a similar experience with them last year. Support a local business! :oD
