My grandson took some xbox consoles in n a driving console to sell, he was given a provintial price which i thought was fare providing they all worked . Unfortunately they all had minor faults so they were'nt good enough to sell so it was a waisted few hrs but a learning experience haha.I found the shop lads polite and fare so for any 1 thinking of parting with any games or stuff like that make sure it all works ok b4 taking it there 😃👍then u avoid this😭 .lol

CeX Accrington is not a good place. Got a phone with 24 months warranty. But 7 months after I got the phone it switched off and won't come back on. So takes it back to be told they won't do nothing as its bent. The phone was well looked after and always in a case. They just didn't want to honour the warranty. Avoid

Left a PS3 version 2 move controller at the store as they wanted to test it works (it did work as tested/used for a week before bringing it to the shop) went to collect today and was told it doesn't charge/work. The controller handed back looked like it had been through a rough life whereas mine was in very good condition. As I left the store slightly confused I noticed the controller was a version 1 (with the extra connection at the base) went back in to the store right away but the customer service man said no it was the right one as the serial number was the one he wrote onto the receipt. I'm 100% sure this is not my controller as mine was a version 2. I believe maybe by mistake the shop worker wrote down the wrong serial number when he took my controller to the back to take a look at it. My dad said I need to learn from this and always keep your valuables close as people will always try and take them away. I was saving to buy some new books but now I can't.

Arrived on a Sunday to buy a couple of games and had to wait 5/10 minutes for someone to see me. All the while they stood around sorting their stock. I appreciate the need to organise but there were 3/4 people in the queue waiting. Maybe implement a bell or something so people can get seen sooner?

I do like the company and appreciate the shop. Just the service let me down today

Not to bad but sometimes stuff bit over priced for what they are also curry's are sometimes ony a bit more expensive brand new like amazon alexa eco in sale same price brand new boxed so got to do your homework first
