I sold a handful of games here and they gave me very little for them when they are definitely worth more. If you want to sell games at good/acceptable prices, you're better off elsewhere

Went in to get a second hand iPhone. Fairly good selection.

Staff were fantastic and so helpful. Really keen to help and add value to the sale (case for the phone).

Great experience and I will think of CEX first if I want to buy anything else they have second hand. As the 2 year guarantee is pretty great imho.

Do not offer the services they state, poor service, drop and go, I expected to be able to drop my old phone, and go, to b told they don't take broken phones at that site. Don't offer a service you cannot honour, at least make that info available to customers,wasted my time, and I personally think your staff need training on customer service, because that was also very poor, as they were so unhelpful.

Bought a game, it didn't work, went to return and they refused to give me a refund. Never shop here.

I'm all for recycling electronics. I saw some good deals in this shop. Well-worth checking out

Have tried multiple times to sell various items In excellent condition only to be refused due to a microscopic speck of dust or some other ridiculous reason masquerading ad 'their policy'.We were even refused something that we bought there originally in the same condition. These items were subsequently accepted at another cex shop without issues. Shannon in particular seems hell bent on never buying anything. It's a miracle the shop is still managing to trade given her unrealistic expectations of perfection for second hand goods.

Great shop to get good quality tech and games. Would highly recommend this store for it's friendly and professional staff.
