Never again. Bought an iPad from CeX last July.A bit pricey for second hand but over the moon with it. Until it stopped charging. I took it back and the technician got it charging and gave me a new charging wire. Great. Three weeks later, same problem, so I took it back. This time the tech team could not get it going. I was told I’d somehow damaged it and that meant the warranty was no good. I left the store wondering what I’d done wrong. Turned out I had done nothing. I took my iPad to my son (a train driver, not an I t expert). He took one look at the new charger wire the experts had given me and said “that’s the problem”. I had been given an inferior charger wire. He attached an Apple charger wire to it and it immediately started charging.. Three months later it’s still working fine. I’m nearly sixty and they made me feel like a fool and really upset me by saying I’d broken it. So please people who read reviews. Don’t buy from this shop unless you have a bit of knowledge about computers. I trusted that they knew what they were doing and it turned out, they didn’t.

Click and collect was easy. Show I’d and order number. What I brought was a bundle. The disk does not work the the other item does in the bundle. Crawley branch does not test game disk properly

This CEX store is for sure my favourite CEX store, by a long shot! The staff are amazing very friendly always so willing to chat and knowledgeable about games and what they can recommend. I do wish their PC games section was bigger, but other than that the store is always well stocked, tidy and clean. A huge selection of games, consoles, PC accessories etc. They also have other stuff like Flat screen TVs used pc old consoles and even VR headsets. Their mobile phone and tablet selection was extensive and I found the store was clean. Really amazing. I will keep coming back here that’s for sure.

Always love CEX! You never know what you will find there! Staff are always polite. The store is reasonably laid out and everything categorised. Definitely worth checking out.

Oh how I wish that this site allowed no stars after the terrible experience in this store.I had spare phones and they were advertising fir same so I took them in after giving at great expense an overhaul for them IE battery and even new screen but these Mickey taking time wasters had me running about like a headless chicken after they put these very recent new phone s on charge and then very deliberately locked me out of at least two if them which certainly I had not done as I never set password or anything like this and I had just taken them back at expense from the bona fide repair shop Go there at your total disappointment or better boycott the wretched place and avoid these people.

I've been dealing with CEX for few years now but it was a first time at Crawley shop. It's good size, well stocked with polite and friendly staff. Unfortunately the queue can get very long especially on weekends so please allow possible 20min extra time for that.
