( felt like they were afraid to talk to me and i am very friendly soft spoken person ) or probably they just didn't care.
I wanted to trade in an item, but they tried too hard to rip me off, making me change my mind. When I politely apologised for the time wasted and said I would rather keep the item, they said nothing, only ignored me until I left.
This isn't how you deal with customers, seriously need a better work/company culture.
also made me wait an extra 30 mins and then said to me "the item was tested 30 mins ago", I was there, unacknowledged.
C'mon guys, it doesn't really take much... smile to customers and don't be afraid to deal with them honestly.
Went into the Whitechapel branch to trade-in an item and was told by this male staff there were hairline scratches on the case and the cable was used (probably three four times), therefore it’ll be downgraded to B for less money and keeping all the new packaging, booklet and box as if it’s a graded A. I have purchased a pair of Grade A Beats headphone from this branch before and I would describe it as in a much worse condition!
So you are offering me less money for Grade B and maybe selling this as a Grade A product to other customers because you have all the brand new packaging? I declined the offer and went to another branch, everything went smoothly as Grade A.
I would never recommend anyone else to use this branch unless they want to be taken advantage of.
No other retailer does this... for a reason.
Customer Agent resorted to lying and wanted to offer a Grade B condition for a Smart watch that was clearly in mint condition with the box, instructions, straps and charging cord. Offered me a silly amount to which I replied "no thank you" and walked out.
My first and last time at any of these for want of a better word scummy places.
