I think the blokes name was Sam, very helpful, deserves a payrise.

Nice helpful staff who sorted out my phone issues successfully, no hassle.

I visited the shop to upgrade my phone and spoke to Sam. He listened to my requirements and was able, by his knowledge of the phones available, to suggest one for me. Perfect and he set it for me ready to go. Thank you Sam for the time you spent and your service. First class.

Much better going in branch to get answer. Had a quick question which was answer easily enough. I had a phone call with EE and the staff and he didn't listen at all forcing me to go in branch. Phone service 1 star. Branch 5 star

We visited the ee shop today to see about an upgrade for my partner.
We were greeted by Mark, who was friendly and professional.
He walked us through all our options and came up with the perfect phone and contract for us. He helped set up the new phone, and my partner is delighted.
Mark is a really nice guy and we would recommend the ee shop Ashford to all.
