I wanted a cheap pay and go smartphone which was physically on show... But they (a) they only had it for contract & (b) I was told that they won't be getting any in & i'd have to order online. Why display the physical phone saying it's available for P&G & contract knowing that the phone will only be available online? The staff were not interested, in fact one just walked away before I could ask what was the next model they did with stock. Because I was unable to buy the phone I missed (what was for me) an important call. Will never use Tesco mobile shops again.

Sales assistant on Saturday evening very helpful in finding options for two phones. Sim only for daughter that he set up and a new phone for myself. Enthusiastic about the products and sorted the phones even though it took him slightly over his closing time. Would recommend.

Good knowledgeable staff, helpful, not pushy. Ok stock variety something for all budgets unless you are after something very specific, few cases though

Have been a Tesco mobile customer for years . Went in thr phone shop today and although empty the assistants a young girl and an older man didnt seem particularly interested in my business. I was shown two phones which I agreed to upgrade too and when checking the stock in the back they had neither. Left without upgrading and will look elsewhere now.
