Bit of a smaller store than usual here... And the selection of ps5 games was a little bit lacking but that's not really cex's fault.

Very clean and staff were on hand to deal with any questions I had...

I did not end up buying anything on this occasion but I would have been happy to if there was something that I wanted.

This is a great shop for quality second hand phones, tablets, game consoles and lots of other tech. Also has tons of dvd's Blu Ray's
And games. And when you're finished with them, just sell it back to them.

Sold me a scratched disc for £12.99. I returned it and was told I had caused the damaged (didn’t even put it in the console). Took it back two days later and refused a refund. Ridiculous. I will not accept I am responsible for causing this. Claiming the boss saw the disk and it was fine is a lie. How dare they accuse me being the one who is lying.

I go in for a look around not really for anything specially. There's plenty on offer and I could spend a lot of money if I had a lot of money. DVDs hundreds of them in alpha order so as long as you know what you're looking for it won't take long, browsing could be lengthy.

Went with some Sony earphones and only got a tiny fraction of what was paid...
Also my ex went there yesterday with a load of Xbox's and she was told one of them worked perfectly, but the on/off button worked but didn't Click....
Bloody rip off......

Sold a few xbox 360 games and was offered 9 pounds cash or 15 pounds in a voucher which i think is a nice feature

Downgraded my product I sold them from A to B just because I didn't include brand new earphones for hygiene reasons. The phone was mint like new, with box, new charger etc. Got robbed on the price they paid me just because of lack of earphones! Not happy.

Great selection of dvds, games and tech. All at responsible prices.
