Absolutely horrible experience. I bought an iPhone online, as you get more days to return if there’s a problem with it, and then went to the store to inform the staff to keep the one I ordered until I receive the confirmation email, as there was only one in stock. I was assured that it was kept separately in a box and then should come back in 30 minutes with my ID to receive it. I then got a cancellation email, got a refund and then the store staff told me the only way is to buy it there and then. Maybe they get some commission or better store stats if they sell there at the till, so I think that’s what’s going on here. I wouldn’t do so, so then I ordered the exact same phone from the store at Holloway Road, took the tube went all the way there and collected it. This store is a no-no for me in the future.

I've always found it difficult to buy anything from this store because of queues that aren't even that long and people take forever. I just wanted to buy a couple of items from the display window and I would have been in and out in literally a couple of minutes but instead I was waiting for 25 minutes while only 4 people waiting and one employee just standing around when they could be helping waiting customers getting things moving a bit... I gave up and left because I had other things to do that day. They should have two queues, one for those who are just going in there to buy and be in and out and the other for those who want to exchange sell or whatever it is they do that takes so long.

We need CEX to contact us by telephone asap you have our number we went in to the Woodgreen branch yesterday and left a apple Mac workstation and iMac and was promised we would get a price and the money into our account same day. We have not been able to make simple contact with anyone !

Franchaise store of Computer Exchange. It's clean and the staff are pretty helpful. Good for sourcing older tech, games and media but make sure to do some research on prices as they are set by corporate, not at local level.

I left the Wood Green shop about an hour ago and I am still flabbergasted with the level of customer service I received there. We don't experience this very often nowadays and I would give 9 million stars, if I could.

I was greeted by a gentleman, as soon as I approached the counter. After less than a minute, he was already on the shop floor explaining about the variety of Androids he had for sale. I was looking for a phone and, being one of those annoying customers who don't understand a thing about those products, I felt so looked after by this incredibly kind man. He was pointing at different phones, prices and highlighting the features of each product.

As if this was not already good enough, I mentioned I had an issue with my phone an he said immediately he could have a look at it. After calling VIRGIN 9 times asking for help, I was sure nobody else would be able to sort out the issue. How astonished I was, when he gave me my phone back and everything was up and running. He did (in a matter of minutes), what nobody could do in days. An absolute legend !

I do not know if he is the Manager there, but his name is Jonathan and I am extremely grateful for his assistance and for his fantastic customer service. Such an asset to team !!!! Because of him, I will not only recommend the shop, but I will also visit it again soon to buy another phone.

Avoid this shop ,if you phone its foulty they wont fix it or repair it , i bought e phone 1 mounth ago 800£ , i realized the some part in the phone is moving ,when u shake it u can hear iner parts of the phone move ,i asked for refund they came with 1000 excuses even that i had guarantee,so i didnt get refund or get the phone fixed the kicked me out ,so my 800£ in to the rubish,if u want same thing to happen to you feel free to come and buy in this shop,

Was sold a samsung fast charger i believe it was fake on Sunday 22 /1/2023 the charger was not fast charging my phone as I was nere to cex I went into the Holloway branch and told them my issue thay range up woodgreen who told them not to do a refund the charger chargers not fast charging the guy in the shop in Holloway on the 22/1/2023 with love bites all over his neck didn't solve my issue because he didn't want to get in trouble with his manger for issuing a £5 refund cex do not like doing refunds and always think the customer is wrong be aware you if buy something and its not working properly on your phone will go through a long process to get a refund both woodgreen and Holloway are at thought will never shop there again there's a saying the customer is always wright

I had a click and collect order and was running late, got there right as the shop was closing and they were still nice enough to let me quickly pop in and pick it up
