We visit this shop often. It's a busy shop generally with lots of people shopping for bargains. I have brought 3 pre-owned, phones,from then previously. Only once did I have an issue and it was resolved instantly.
Some items are more expensive than I thought but generally competitive.
They stock an excellent range. Worth a visit;) !!

Bought an iPhone 11 from this store. Blacklisted so had to return, literally returned within 12 hours as bought just before shop closed and then told I'd have to wait 15-20 minutes whilst they check phone. Are you kidding me? It's been in the box the whole time because as soon as I tried to use it, it was clear it was blacklisted. Shocking! Had to kick off before common sense prevailed and cash was returned

Would never go again, after experiencing rubbish customer service. Returned an xbox one game and they wanted me to have it back in a voucher, but I demanded cash. Rubbish shop.

Excellent customer support.bit daunting at 60 to go in ,but received lots of help and support.

We was waiting for the shop to open at 9am. A tall thin bald man came to open the doors he ad opened them fully enough room to walk in he was just securing the other door I walked in first followed by my husband who as learning difficulties the man said something to my husband about not waiting till he was out of the way there was plenty of room never said nothing to me my husband got on edge as he didn't know what he ad done I'm giving the shop 5 stars as the other man was lovely who served us there's no need to be rude

My go-to for selling my electronics. Their offers are fairly competitive when it comes to exchanging or selling off your electrical goods. The staff are helpful with any queries that one may have.

If your into gaming of any degree or electronics in general, a great place to visit. My interest was phones at the time, good clear help resulted in walking away with a new phone at a bargain price. Covered by a membership card as well with warranty etc. The complete experience was excellent, highly recommended.

The staff are always really friendly and they are more than happy to help. I visited the store on 02/01/22 with 37 games to trade in, I felt really bad for the person who was going to trawl through the masses of old games I had but the member of staff who helped me was really lovely and actually made the experience kinda fun. I'm still so sorry you had to stand there for ages sorting through all of those games but thank you for your help! I also got a brilliant deal on the trade in too.
