Came in with my Dad to upgrade his phone directly, and we were greeted by Shazad. He clearly explained all of the options and went into further detail when asked, in a way that my Dad could understand, and we came away with exactly what we wanted and very satisfied. Shazad even copies over the contents of my Dads old phone even though it was a different model. Great service.

O2 And Carphone Where House All not very good Since The 19th Monday That push me from pillar to post Telling me it's not Lear problem Bought I pay 02 4 Days laterAnd 50 miles in my car I might be getting my phone tomorrow Absolutely disgusting I will be canceling my Contract with 02 and carphone Then pay 60 pound For the privilege of them taken the Mickey Then drive down there again tomorrow To pick it up if it comes I am disgusted I wouldn't bother with Samsung or o2 Ever again I will avoid

Problem with 02 phone, had problems finding giltbrook store it didn't say it was in the next store.no help their sent to Mansfield store new phone purchase but still having problems can't get to see guru till 5 days .not happy shopper .

Maybe a one off at this time but took me four visits to try and pay phone off. Staff were not really sure what to do and kept saying come back tomorrow....I'm not a local.!!...Eventually did the transaction online that took an eternity.
Ever again I will avoid
