Where to begin,in a time where most families are struggling and having to sell anything to either eat or stay warm this is a store to avoid...
Staff training must be interesting, can you speak to the customer like they're lower than low...make them feel absolutely terrible despite already struggling, yes your hired!
When you would hope maybe unlike another high street business they might offer slightly better your offered so little it's better to forget turning the heating on and just have bonfire of anything you planned on selling because the offers are pitiful.
Okay, you need to make money and I'm sure staff wages are high but frankly making anyone who enters to sell anything feel like they're pond life is not the way.
Avoid and just sell on internet at least postage prices are covered!

I purchased a set of headphones at the weekend, from the Kettering branch
I’m giving a 5 star rating due to the service I received
The guy serving me was very knowledgeable, polite and professional
I will definitely go back should the need arise

They are always trying to downgrade what you sell. Which is funny considering the majority of Games and dvds I’ve bought from them have been completely scratched. I once saw staff smirking at me when I checked the quality of the disc I had just bought and saw how scratched it was. We recently took in an almost brand new Apple Pencil that just wasn’t being used, they initially said it was B grade due to a tiny, less than 1mm mark, so hard to notice we kept having to hunt for it when we cleaned it. We managed to very easily get the mark off. They still claimed it to be B grade. As in.. a £13 price difference. He then very patronisingly checked it infront of us when we questioned why it wasn’t A grade. Making us feel like complete idiots. He then got a second opinion and they both finally agreed it was in fact A grade. Selling your possessions during an economic crisis is bad enough. You shouldn’t be belittled during the process.

Overpriced second hand stuff
Prices are even higher than brand new stuffs you can get from Argos or Amazon
Not worth buying

I love this shop for buying technology products and recently used them to get rid of lots of old games, dvds etc I no longer wanted or needed. They were very patient with my huge bag of unwanted tech and offered me the choice of cash or more if on a voucher (which I can use in store to buy anything I want), I opted for the voucher and am very happy 😊
