Vodafone

I have had a vodafone pay as you go for months as I did not know how long I am going to be in London. The sales department got a hold of my number and called to sell a contract. I say "thank you, I am not interested in a contract." They get push and do not take a polit no for an answer. In the end when they make me explain why I don't need a contract and it's clear to them I am not going to buy, they say good by and hang up while I was still talking. It just shows that when any unsolicited sales call I should just say no and hang up.

Over all the service was avrage to bellow avrage.

My complaint regarding the Hounslow branch is that I was trying to get a plan to cover me here and in the next European country I am traveling to, but vodafone does not offer it as a pay as you go plan.
When I entered the store I was the only customer and 3 staff member playing with their phones. I guess "are you alright" is something to say to a friend in England but in other countries that's what you ask someone who looks distressed. On all counts its no way to greet a customer.

After explaining that they don't offer what I needed, I ask if they could refer me, the staff where completely lost.
If Vodafone policy is not to refer to other providers then they should have told me exactly that. Instead they behaved like they are ignorant to what other companies provide.

Again if it's vodafone policy then my advice have your staff say "sorry sir we can't provide this information" or "we are not allowed to give names of other companies" by saying they did not know anything they looked and sounded stupid. I am positive they are not stupid because one of them was able to make a smart joke.
For the sake of your business have a standard answer that all staff give when asked about other providers.
I found the plan I was looking for from another provider, so it was offered in the same market.

Vodafone terrible don’t even think about it go to EE they are the best I’ve been with Vodafone for 30 years they have ripped me off for £300 welcome Vodafone and good luck you can have my £300 I don’t want it I don’t need it I think you do my advice is spend it on customer service course I think that might help your business progress I’ve been a business customer of you guys for 30 years and all I can say is don’t stay with Vodafone go to EE they are the best customer Service and I am so happy I am now a EE customer being a business account holder with the three or four handsets the service or reception is far better and 5G is immense please go to EE that’s my advice it’s up to you but don’t bother looking or staying with Vodafone

It's good but too crowded wait time for your turn is long

I like this shop..❤️ Meaby theyare not the most smiling people, but any time that I go there to fixed anything about my telephone line or phone, they are ver effectively and efficiently.

The main customer service team are bunch of liars when it comes to upgrades. They couldn’t answer why i couldn’t upgrade and they were not able to show it to me on my agreement papers. They then hung up on me. It is no longer the renowned mobile phone company any longer to me… unprofessional and poor service. Can’t wait to leave.

It was showing in online till open 7pm on Thursday but it was closed already am very disappointed

Rude staff. No respect at all to the customers and an employee and manager behaved in a rude way. I don’t know how they are employed. The worst experience so far in any Vodafone store. We not gonna go to this anymore and I will not recommend any of my friends to go there.

Worst provider and worst customers service they given. I need my proof of usage from them. From first day they said we sending you your proof of usage but after 20 days they said they can't send me proof of usage. Worst service and there staff is very rude as well.
