The first time I went into the shop I waited round for a customer service staff for ages.
However when it was my turn to be served I found the staff really pleased and.helpfull.
I wanted to buy pokemon sun and it soon dawn on me that the price.they were selling the used game was higher than the new one I bought from the supermarket.

Sold my iPad and was told the money would be in my bank the same time the next day, and still hasn’t gone through 😡 still waiting for payment, I might aswell get my iPad back and take it elsewhere

At Cex Hatfield Galleria I purchased two blurays within under 1 minute my wife informs me that one has already been purchased. Manager point blank refuses to give me nothing but a voucher for £2.50!! really? Really poor customer service and completel lack of aftercare. Obviously a simple error doesn't matter to them at all and hard luck attitude is given. In this day and age where customer services is everything in running a business Cex Hatfield they could really learn a valuable lesson.

Very helpful staff. Did not have the item I needed, however, the staff went above and beyond checking to see if it was in stock.

A good place with some really nicely used products in great conditions for sale, esp tech and gaming items. Nice environment too, easy to spot out... You can easily sell out your cleanly used products too.

I ALWAYS receive excellent, friendly service from all of the staff at CeX Hatfield. For example, I bought a bulky monitor that later developed an intermittent power-off fault a few months later. Normally, the procedure would be to bring the item back to verify the fault, but it was very bulky and would be tricky to test given the intermittent nature. Very kindly, Matthew trusted my diagnosis that just the power brick was faulty and ordered me a new and original replacement from Samsung. This worked perfectly. Most used electronics stores would fob you off in circumstances like these, but not this one. I was also pleasantly surprised that he remembered the transaction all those months ago.

My only small suggestion would be to align with other CeX branches on warranty policy. I was surprised to hear that the warranties of PCs and Android phones are voided if you update the OS, even if you factory reset it afterwards. As long as this policy is made clear to the customer at the point of sale it is fine, but it goes against security best practices.

Cool place good staff always ready to help and talk every time I have gone in there. Its great to find people enthusiastic about the products they sell. The guy I spoke to today represented the business well, as did the lady I spoke to last time. I gave 4 stars because HQ need to buy the place next door and expand the premises to have more products!

Superb customer service - friendly, helpful, incredibly efficient. I love buying and selling with CeX but have learned that the store you go to matters. The staff here are excellent and I highly recommend them 👍
