The location is in a pretty good place. Near the bus station, near the car park and right next to subway. Now, lets correct the assumption that this place is a mobile store. Its not. However, this store does sell second hand phones, mp3 players, retro consoles, DvDs, Blu-ray, Video games and odd bits of PC accessory. The service is good, the staff are up to date when it comes to asking question about their products. Its a good place to go, I'll highly recommend you try this place.

Im an essential frontline ambulance worker working over 100 miles from home & my dad is on end of life care so I desperatly needed my phone. Unfortunately my phone died so I went to the store to buy a new phone and explained my circumstances. I was told they wouldn't sell me the phone, that I was pointing at through the window, that I had to buy it on line, so having to drive several miles to get online, I found the website and although finding the website to be like a crack head on acid, I managed to buy the phone that I had pointed at in the shop, for click and collect. I traveled several miles back to the store to be told that I had brought the phone for posting & not click n collect, I explained that I had followed the websites instructions for click n collect but they couldn't care less. I told them the situation I was in and that I wouldn't be home for weeks and showed them my receipt for the phone I had just purchased. All they had to do was pass the phone to me, that I had just purchased, that was in-between myself and the staff member, through a crack in a door.
NO NO NO they couldn't do that, the staff had to wait a few days, wrap said phone up and post it over 100 miles, leaving me sick to my stomach, phone less, with less fuel that day and 2 car parking tickets down..... What an absolute joke of a company!!!!!!!

Bought an item, wasn't clearly listed on label and bought wrong item. Wouldn't refund me only voucher then told me to get correct item had to go to worksop store. Got item from worksop store to find it doesn't work. Taken back and still won't refund. Now have voucher for a place I have no confidence in and they won't uphold statutory rights. Avoid the place. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Came here for dinner with my colleagues and we absolutely love the food and service here! We didn’t know where to start as everything looked so good on the menu! The staff recommended us based on our individual preferences and even recommended the portion for 7 pax (so we do not over/ under order).

Con all they want is your money. My device is still under warranty. Device has stopped changing and they was not interested in helping at all, they accused me saying that I could of damaged it. Even though there was no visible damage. Nintendo is very well looked after with no marks or scratches on it. Feel very unhappy with customer service and will never return.

Great place to sell, exchange your old phones, computer games , specially if you have a kids and want to save your money .Fair prices for sale and buy . Items are good quality and I found its safe to buy from this shop then used items from Ebay and Amazon

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to access and use once you've navigated the vape ridden streets of Retford.
