Online purchase of a new hoover. Stopped working after just three weeks. Returned to Curry's chelmsford and exchanged, so easy, no fuss, excellent service.

When I managed to get a member of staff he was helpful and polite, but seemed to stand in groups and chat while looking at computers or their phones.

Only know what they read of a ticket. Goto richersounds cheaper and get free 6 year warranty

I give two stars because as a warehouse shopping experience it is as we have all come to expect.
I can't give more stars because of the persistent hounding you get from the overly eager sales and shop floor assistants.
After enquiring about an iteam that I was looking to buy that wasn't on display I was looking to make a quick and simple purchase however upon trying to pay I was forced to politely decline the offer of taking an optional extended guaranty three times before the cashier would take No thank you as an answer and went to collect my item from storage.
Upon return the cashier announced he had spoken with a manager and could give me the extended guaranty at half price.
I found this to be insulting and a underhanded attempt to again try and push a sale of something I didn't want.
I politely declined and again said no thank you and still there was reluctance to accept that I just didn't want it.
This kind of behaviour will push more people online where they don't have to deal with these kind of shop front antics.

Absolutely brilliant!! I had an amazing staff member called Alex who spent time with me when buying a new laptop, he was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything, I am returning on the 21st for a tutorial on my new device, hopefully with Alex, he is a credit to Curry's

We bought a new mobile phone there. Very helpful staff who completed the setup and transfer of data across from the old phone.
