NPR Norfolk Phone Repairs

Took my iPhone 6 with badly broken screen into the shop this morning, Sunday, fearing the worst. Thought may be beyond repair as lots of glass missing and multicoloured non responsive screen and maybe needing needing to pay up contract for £120 and buy new phone. However within fifteen minutes John had replaced the screen and phone working perfectly for just £40. Excellent service, delighted with outcome. Highly recommended.

Had my phone repaired ,but it was never right ,tried calling them several times but had no reply or call back.
I need my phone for work and therefore had to take it into a repair shop in Surrey where they found a very badly fitted charging port ,loose wire and missing screws.
I told the repaired that I had only just had the repair done and how much I was charged.
He laughed and told me how much they charge for the same job, exactly half of what I was charge. He also went on to tell me the only reference would be they do it right and guarantee all their repairs for three months.
Lesson learnt , I will never used N.P..R again.

Did exactly what they said they would! Called in at 10am and dropped off a mobile that was refusing to charge. They said to call back at 3pm and it would be fixed. I did, it was. Job done. So much better than sending it away and not a bad price either.

Absolutely must go too if your phone is broken. Had my phone smashed twice in past 2 weeks. THE PHONE GURU in town fixed my phone first of all (with a very cheap screen) from the get go something was off about the new screen.Avoid.Then the second smash happens and I go to npr who not only fixed my screen with the type of screen my phone needs so it looks and acts completely normal. But he fixed it literally within id say 1 hour after dropping it off to him. Amazing service thank you

I was charged 100 quid to have my iphone 11 screen replaced. Screen fine but my phone glitched and pressed stuff I wasn't even doing. Also my bluetooth headphone kept cutting out ever since! "100 quid and I'll do a good job as well" yeah right! had to buy a new phone!!

I'd suggest selling phone and changing the shop name
