O2 Shop Merthyr Tydfil

The team at Merthyr are great! I had excellent service from when I walked in right through to completing my phone purchase. I think what makes them great is the fact they have fun, we were laughing and joking even though I was there for a good hour. They really make you feel comfortable, there's no pressure sales and they seem to genuinely work with you to find what works for you.

Polite and helpful staff who are also extremely patient. They break down big - terms and jargon to simplify it for anyone and everyone to understand. They don't overload you with too much needless nonsense and they make sure customers are always understanding and comfortable with any purchase/contract taken.

The staff are very friendly and approachable. I am not very good with technology and Lee was great with me. Very helpful with my issues, sorted my phone out. Always go there no pressure at all. Any questions I can go and any staff member will help me.

Fantastic and friendly service. Went in for an upgrade and left feeling like a valued customer which is not something that happens often these days. Thank you for your help and I will recommend the service in this store over all O2 stores I have previously visited.

I had problems with my phone I went in the shop and was seen to straight away by a young woman called Claire. She got straight to the bottom of the problem and I was soon on my way with a new phone couldn't have asked for a better service . I highly recommend them, fast and professional

Outstanding service, very friendly and helpful team, would recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for honest advice on what will suit their needs instead of being given a sales pitch for the product that the store is just trying to push (as my experience has been from other phone stores). Very good shop!

There need to be a little bit more treatment, on improvement from staff customer service here as when l last visited it was the worst because nobody would help you but just talk to each other when there was only one customer being helped. There was also confused staff, that couldn't understand each customer issues but l could as they was clear and simple about their enquiry about the issue. Only two out of rest 02 workers understood our customer issues, these two serious things on top of all need a big IMPROVEMENT when remembering to put customers first, because customers are 02 life line to stay open and dealing with customer issues second as this is 02 trust barrier between customers and company.
