I went into the shop on 13th August and showed them my galaxy watch they offered me a price of £95 having taken the watch from my wrist and inspected it. I went into the shop again on 19th to sell the watch. I had boxed it back up with the cable and charging dock in the original packaging and the gent at the desk offered me£45 telling me it was a B grade item BEFORE he even opened the box. When I challenged he tried to point out a scratch on the screen which was actually a finger print that he put there after he took it out of the box when I challenged him! When I asked how he could call it a b grade he told me that was what he had been told to say! Clearly they are to of merchants. I strongly recommend you don't deal with them. I am sure had I sold my watch to them out would have been out on the shelf as A grade for £160 the next day. Dishonest and unethical! Avoid.

Went in today around 12ish and didn't even get a good morning or afternoon. All I got was a "YES" Worst customer service ever!!! To busy talking to each other to help me pick a phone. They even started arguing with each other to see who would talk to me.

Bought an Xbox 360 slim here eveything was fine except for the controller 2 buttons didn't work and the joysticks looked like they had been held over an open flame 🔥

Disappointed today to come in at 540 and be told they were closing at 6 ready to buy a phone only to be shown reluctantly a couple of phones and when I asked about them simply be told to look at a website and then told "oh I must cash up now" . As this was presumably the manager and he had taken over from someone else who was trying to help it was all rather frustrating and not up to CEX s normal high standards of service. .. people come in to a store because they want to discuss things face to face

Have redeemed themselves this week , as I had excellent service from two advisors who were extremely knowledgeable and I left with exactly what I needed and more . Thank you CeX.

Good shop. Kind and helpful staff

Usually got interesting computer and phone stuff and the upstairs has loads of very cheep dvds.

Not a lot in store today and none of it reasonably priced!
