Proud to work for such an amazing company. Having started the position just 2 weeks prior to the whole world going into lockdown; and having over 10 years experience in Health and Social Care, I cannot credit Spire Preston enough for their outstanding standards of support and excellent management.

Just to put things into perspective:
Previous employer according to friends who still work there:
Failed to provide adequate PPE, excessive hours, zero hour contracts.

Telephone counselling service for staff who may be struggling
Immediate sourcing of everything we may need
Constant updates about the current situation
High staff motivation and praise
Immediate lockdown (before forced by the government) of all supported living houses
Staff only working at one location where possible
Access to food resources for staff and people we support
Online activities and meetings for people we support and staff to ease isolation.

This is without a shadow of a doubt; the best care company I have ever worked for. The standard of care and management should be used as a benchmark for all care providers across the UK.
