St. Joseph's Hospice Shop Walton Vale

This charity shop does not have any provisions to try on items. On returning an item that didnt fit I was rudely told by 'Abbie' that you cant have a refund you can only have a credit note. Again I asked for a refund to be told "You're not getting it'.
I then asked for a telephone number to contact the organisation to be told that " she only has and email."
What a sad charitable organisation. Definately one to avoid as I shall be doing in the future
