This place used to me great, great food cheap prices, but prices gone up and the manager is very rude, bad service, he was on the phone the whole time, I had to repeat my order many many times, and he payed no attention to me, and when I got home, I realised he didn't even put mayonnaise on the burger cause he forgot. I am a loyal customer but when the management has so little care for regular paying customers, the business can't last long. The other staff are very friendly however, and the same problems do not ever occur with them, I'm usually very satisfied, however the manager is costing the business severely. The customer before me was even less pleased than me as he left the store outraged by the rudeness of the manager. Very disappointed. Would have rated 1 or 2 stars if not for the other members of staff who continually provide a great service, but recent experiences have costed this shop a 5 star rating

Very affordable and very tasty spicy wings. They also serve great chips. In some hours it can be crowded by a local schools pupils.

Manager is a rude dumb inconsiderate bastard over charged me and long wait time also git order wrong food was cold after I came back after being told twenty minutes also was another custom Lee in the shop very unhappy and shouting at them while I was there will never use again chips taste of dirty oil same as chicken avoid like the plaque

The till operative was talking on his phone as i approached the counter & continued to do so for a further 2 minutes despite knowing i was seeking service. Upon being served i was greeted with "What you want"? After asking about a particular deal they used to do his reply was "no longer this, only everything up here full price". I walked out. Avoid this place like the plague, despicable service, over priced junk food.

Well, the food is awful; wings are soggy and tasteless, they was sitting there for ages and definitely re-fried. Burger was also tasteless with soggy bun and terrible fries.
The worst part is the prices were shocking and even charged for sauces (which are needed due to bland food)!
Will never go here again, ASDA chicken or KFC which are both down the road are a million times better!

The chicken is now so tasteless. I had a row with the manager after he didnt give me the right change and he wouldnt listen to me. They charge you for sauce and this place has gone very bad.
