From first contact to first fire Justin and the team have been brilliant. I have had many tradesmen in my house over the years and the two gentlemen that installed our stove were head and shoulders above all others. Polite, informative, clarifying requirements, hard working, well mannered, tidy, high standard of work….i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

We had a clear view stove installed to replace our open fire, and it is a brilliant little stove.

We recently had a Parkray Aspect stove fitted and have been very pleased with the results. The fitting work was carried out within a day and with minimal fuss and disruption. The stove gives out a huge amount of heat for its size and is far more efficient than the open fire that we were used to in our previous property. A very positive experience. Thank you.

We are very happy with the entire process of our log burner installation. Justin himself was professional and listened to our requirements. We sourced several of the items ourselves but had an on going conversation to ensure these we’re to standard and could be used by his team.
When it came to the fit, the team were fantastic. They are highly skilled and experienced. The job was not just a standard install stove and flue, we required a false chimney to be built around our burner. Everything was completed in line with industry regulations. Every details was checked and double checked. They left the place clean and tidy everyday. And even tried help save my escaped dog.

My experience with Ecoflue was an extremely positive one. The service they provide is second to none. Darren and Jake were professional, friendly, tidy and efficient. Having the chimney lined was quite a big job, however they made it as hassle free as possible and cleared up as they went along, which was much appreciated. I feel confident our chimney is now completely safe and I shall look forward to using it in the winter. I phoned and Justin came and looked at the works in my builder infested house. He gave good quality advice about my options and said if I wished to see what was available I could go to the shop and see what the options were. Was met at the shop by a really lovely lady who went through all the pros and cons of the different fires. How they worked. She was not dictatorial. Just a mine of information. I was not here when they fitted my fire and flued the chimney, but the builders said they were nice kept themselves to themselves and got on with it. The gentleman who fitted the fire called me and sent me a picture via what's app of the fire and I am really pleased. The chimney looks tidy and mortared in well. I am really pleased with how tidy and efficient and helpful everyone was. I phoned and the fire was fitted withing 3 weeks of the initial call. Would definitely use again.

Justin and his team fitted a double sided stove for us and built us a stunning brick fireplace either side (lounge and dining room). I cannot fault our experience from start to finish; it was seamless. Communication was excellent throughout the project: Justin was always prompt in replying to emails or texts no matter what time of day it was. He sent us lots of pictures of previous work to help us make decisions about how we wanted the fireplaces to look. The team worked really hard and the project ran to plan without too much disruption.

We have had quite a bit of work done on our house over the last couple of years and it was just so lovely to use a company who are organised, turn up when they are supposed to and to complete a high quality job with no real stress on our side other than choosing the fireplace look that we wanted.
