Saxon Security Locks

Our front door lock broke this morning, and after much head scratching and googling, realised that the gearbox had broken. Called Saxon Locks to see if the had a replacement in stock and they said yes after less than a minute of searching whilst on the phone! Once in the shop, the guy was super helpful and when I said I've not installed stuff like this before offered some super helpful advice. He even offered to install the gearbox if I brought the whole locking system to the shop if I had trouble with it at home. Awesome customer service!

Amazing service and expert knowledge. I came in with a Yale lock barrel that I’d recently bought that didn’t fit my old lock nightlatch. The man working in the shop took a look at it and found an older Yale barrel that fit my lock and cut it it to size! Saved me so much time and money as I didn’t need to cut the bar myself.

Staff are very knowledgable with a range of good quality stock available. My key had broken in my yale door latch lock. My wife remembered that there was a locksmiths near us at Amen corner and looked them up. She rang them so I removed the lock cylinder out of the door and took it over to them. They removed the broken key within seconds for no charge, which actually shocked me because it was a nice thing to do. Thanks.

Really friendly and great service provided by Saxon. I called at 12.15pm, and was told they could send someone to come check my fault door between 1-2pm, the locksmith actually came in half hour which was great response time. He popped back to the shop to get the relevant part, came back and fixed the door and all was done by 2pm. At a very reasonable price too! I'm sure out of hours and emergency call out would be a premium where needed, but the service today was A1 and would defo use Saxon again

My garden door lock broke and these guys were super helpful and fixed it all on the day of my call. Staff was very helpful on the phone when I rang them. Will definitely use them again in the future and definitely recommending them to my friends!

I Had a lockable gate made and installed in my workshop by Saxon Security Locks and the service and quality was excellent. I have also had many keys cut and brought locks from here over the years and have always had the best service. I would highly recommend all there services.
