Sometimes this place when it gets busy, they assign someones who are not therapist to perform the message to the customer and when they perform it they perform it poorly and unprofessionally. They never say they are fully booked or busy to the customer and they never reschedule for a customer. They just want to get money from the customer by any way and as soon as possible. They do not care about customer's satisfaction or the quality of the provided service.

I love this place. The only place where I can get a proper massage that actually releases the tension in my muscles. Its always the first place I go to after a long flight. They are very busy during peak hours so try to book early appointments.

This spa is really good. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and professional, and introduced me patiently to the treatment program and various professional massages . The massage therapist is the most professional one I have ever used. I feel that I have been relieved from fatigue of work for the long week. I will come here regularly to see Chinese doctors and do professional massage.

Came here after my usual place was fully booked. Firstly took qt least 10 mins for someone to serve . The staff spoke little English and qfter asking for q full body massage was kept being told about reflexology. Eventually they understood and booked for massage in their rooms downstairs. Took payment before the massage. Went downstairs . Room was okay very dark . Lady comes but doesn't speak a word of English.
Once she started it was like being run through one of those washing boards. Absolutely no gentle strokes. I had already explained that I needed soft pressure and she saw I had a walking stick. But it was so robotic. Painful and kept flinching at how rough she was. So not relaxing at all. Basically she worked like a conveyer belt no thought to the customer or their needs. Meanwhile the staff area outside was very loud people chattering and dirty laundry outside. Once she finished just left me to change and disappeared. So had to see myself out. Admitted that I still tipped her as I guessed she was being underpaid. As I came upstairs she was straight to the next person for a foot massage. But will never go again. Felt worse than when I went in. Stressed and in pain.

22/06/2022 - thanks for the response, however I repeatedly asked for a softer pressure but she just said "sorry no english" - so perhaps it was that particular time of night because no other therapist was seen . As for the reflexology offered, well it wasnt the therapist offering but the lady at the counter who was somehwat confused herself about the difference and benefits .. Yes laundry needs to be cleared, however it doesnt need to be right outside the treatment rooms. Yes I didnt see a doctor as i didnt feel the need, I am not a horse, and am being treated by human medical professionals for my leg pain and it was they that suggested a massage to aid circulation. I would have needed a torch to see this sign you mentioned. the lady was sweet enough but she didnt understand me. I do also find your response somewhat agressive. I'm sure others have had a great experience here. Just not me. I wish you the best for your business.

had a consultation with a doctor and was recommended a powder blend that was £450 for 28 days use, went for the more affordable option of this cream for £38, got home and realised it’s 3 years out of date!! so dangerous to be selling products well past their sell by, also looked on amazon and found it for £7.50
