Terrible salesmanship. For thirty minutes of massage, the masseur kept telling me how badly I hurt myself at the gym/tennis and how I have to come back several times. Well I know that - I was in excruciating pain. I went there to receive treatment, not to be sold. Then, at checkout, I thought I got 20% discount because we “speak the same language” but apparently that was conditional of me visiting them for six more times. I wonder how many times I would need to come back if the masseur/salesperson just tries to do her massage work properly

Great acupuncture and medical massage. Straight to the point which I liked (no time wasting sales consultation). Friendly and accommodating staff. Acupuncture felt really good and the medical massage hit every area that needed attention (tension felt relieved in my neck and shoulder muscles). I’ve booked more sessions as I was completely satisfied with the service provided.

I went in for a 1 hour treatment with a friend. Warm friendly greeting soon as we entered we were offered drinks and resfresments. I have been to many places for massage treatments as I have bad back and shoulder pain from a long time. I had cupping, acupuncture and massage done at cinaturally and can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with the service I received they are by far the best place I have been to of all my travels. My shoulder and back pain have near disappeared, the two lady’s there are brilliant and very genuine .. they in my opinion deserve 100% credit for a brilliant service. Glad and happy I went there as is my friend .. hope to book again soon and will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends. Thanks from Asif & olivier

Absolutely terrible massage. The therapist was clearly untrained, and my ‘aromatherapy’ relaxation massage involved an inordinate amount of Johnson’s baby oil (which is full of parabens) and no aromatherapy oils. She had no technique and spent ages on one leg. My calf was tight and I ended up leaving with a more painful calf as she just went over and over it despite my protests due to the pain. I was not even given a whole towel to cover myself. Truly unpleasant experience and a waste of £50.

Please be careful. I went in for acupuncture and I caught one of the 'doctors' reusing needles on me. When I questioned her she told me it was OK to reuse needles on yourself. I also experienced the worst sharp pain in my back when she put one of the needles in me.

I was staying in Richmond and decided to go to a massage place that I found online. I was really happy with the results. The customer service, hospitality and cleanliness were all amazing! The masseuse was great and the place was very cozy and relaxing.I recommend Chinaturally to everyone who is looking for a good massage. I felt like I really got my money's worth.

it's a clean and professional massage studio. I really enjoyed during my visit. She was friendly and very helpful for my back pain. I live near to Richmond park. I will definitely come back. A special thanks for miss Lisa.

Terrible and horrified experience

I went in for a consultation around August this year. The Chinese woman sitting at the reception was extremely pushy and patronizing. At one point she was literally shouting at me pressuring me to fill in the patient information form, after I questioned her why I needed to do this when I haven’t committed to go through any treatment yet. I was really shocked by her yelling and my brain kind of froze in that second.

I’m Chinese as well and she kept saying to me in Chinese how much “easy” money she’s charging the “British customers” literally in front of an English guy. I was again, so shocked by the way she’s conducting business, more like a scam really. I was also angry that this is supposed to be a health clinic but she showed such poor professional care and integrity.

Obviously I didn’t go with their treatment. I was treated at the Zheng healthcare by Richmond green which is really good and the extreme opposite from this place. What a crazy world.
