Chinese doctor didn’t speak any English. Gave me a massage which was so painful I was nearly in tears and didn’t stop when I complained. Made my neck pain a lot worse. After a week I’m still suffering. Would not use this place again as I don’t think they are even qualified to be giving massages

Experienced staff. They'll give you an assessment before deciding your treatment. They had a translator. They made sure to keep checking I was ok. They'll helped with digestive problems, joint problems, stress and low energy.

I only called this shop to ask about probiotics. The lady said come in and seemed to be struggling with English. As soon as I got there she ask me to fill in a form. I said I’ve come for probiotics. She said doctor see you.

She then interpreted for doctor - don’t think either of them qualified in any way in hindsight as there were no certs or credentials displayed from what I saw.

I was feeling very unwell at the time with digestive issues leaving me feeling very worn down and fatigued. I agreed to acupuncture snd but felt pressured to combine it with the herbal soup snd teas which was very expensive. I got the impression acupuncture not as effective alone.

The herbal soup was fowl with no feeling better albeit I did not finish the seven days supply.

At the end of the consultation the lady said they do not have probiotics and that I could get them on the internet.

I went back two days later. I ask for a refund for the soup and tea but because the soup packet brown bag had been opened this was refused.

I then ask for my money back for the tea that was unopened. The lady said there would be admin fee. I said for what I paid cash.

She then spoke to the doctor in English about the fact I said I had felt pressured when unwell to buy the soup snd teas as a combination treatment eith the acupuncture.

I said I thought he didn’t speak English. 😂. She said he does if you speak slowly which she did not.

My advice if you go there is speak directly to the so called doctor who does not speak English in English and skip the sakes lady. 👍
