Herbal Inn Woolwich

This place is a gem, the category is wrong as it's a Chinese Medical Shop. It has the teas and other things as remedies but more importantly for me, they do a really good massage and acupuncture, after a year of pain after going here I'm finally getting it sorted.

The staff are really friendly and if you do a course of massage it works out cheaper.

I had a half hour massage done by Anna, she was so lovely very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Not a typical spa type mood but I went in becuase of persistent headaches due to neck and shoulder pain. Anna was brilliant and she made me feel much much better even in my half hour session, highly recommend for injuries or work place related aches and pains.

Received the most amazing deep tissue massage from Anna! Usually I have pain in my lower back from having a spinal herniated disk and one day after this massage I feel absolutely no pain. Thank you Anna.
I definitely recommend this place, clean and with friendly staff.

Honestly, I had one of the best massages ever from this lovely lady, I cannot remember her name.

I've found that with previous massages elsewhere the amount of pressure hasn't been great or ive left still feeling tight or unsatisfied.

However on this occasion I was so surprised and left feeling good and refreshed.

I also tried cupping, but think the massage was definitely the best part of it all.

I will definitely be using her again.

I couldn’t move my neck for 3 weeks I went there and fixed it for 30 mins

What was supposed to be relaxing massage deep tissue 1-hour, I fell of couch due to No steps to get on and off the couch & I slipped due to oil underneath my feet/ souls.
I am still unable to walk since my visit 21/5/21
My gp says my 3-left toes towards little corner toe is fractured and broken/ bruised will take 6-8weeks to heal. I am still hobbling.

I strongly believe in acupuncture and this place does not disappoint. The Female DR doing the acupuncture knows what she is doing, and each time I had a 30 minutes with her I left feeling so much better than when I got in.

Refused to issue refund IN STORE…

Used to be a loyal customer here till after I made a purchase in store just to realise the cost of tea was £66!! I immediately requested refund it was told that this could not be facilitated…..isn’t that daylight robbery????
