B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

This is a great store, lovely garden section. Two floors , lift to Upper floor. Had some fantastic bargains lots of reduced plants. My favourite B& M.

Ony complaint is the very deep trolleys. My back has been severely compromised by radiotherapy and I suffer terribly getting my shopping in and out. Can you not provide a smaller trolley for people like myself.

Good shop, lots of products, some you can't get elsewhere. Definitely worth a look. Bit of a pain that it has an upstairs and you've got a trolley, I just leave the trolley at the bottom, seems to be the way of things.

Wanted a gas bottle exchange. Ebbw Vale was nill stock. So took a chance and drove to the branch at Brecon, luckily they had stock. There is no direct phone numbers to branches, only a central number which was not helpful.

Prices were competitive and the stock levels were very good. Stuff was selling at better prices than Aldi for the same spec product.
Only problem is parking. You get nicked for 60 quid if you aren't very careful about times. Means you have to move your car if you stay in town for a bigger stop than 90 minutes.

If you want good products at excellent prices B&M Home Store is the place to shop. Staff are so helpful, they go out of their way to give 100% customer service. Very highly recommend.

First and last time I shop here. When you’re struggling with a toddler, a can exploded off the shelf, I offered to clean it myself which I had to do which was fine, the older man who I asked for assistance was so rude. And till staff are not much better

Large store with plenty of stock and reasonable prices, but let down by poor customer service. Inevitable long queues at checkout with unhelpful staff. Needs improvement. Staffing levels seem OK, they just don't seem to react to customer needs?
