Heen's Restaurant Sutton

Collected in person. Singapore noodles, Chicken in satay sauce, Mixed starter, Sweet and sour chicken, Crispy beef, £43. Food was good but not forty quid good. Could do with a touch extra salt. Have been in person too, £60 for two. Restaurant is upmarket and good as a 'once every now and then' experience, but not more regularly than that.

Second review, ordered takeaway and similar order to first.
Price was slightly lower, but quality wasn't great. Crispy shredded beef was mainly just crispy, with little beef flavour. Satay chicken oddly had tomatoes in sauce and the tofu vegetables definitely weren't to my taste.

Service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant has fairly large capacity for a local Chinese restaurant. The food was OK, neither good nor bad, but perfectly adequate if you're looking for a local Chinese food fix and want dine inside a restaurant.

We have been many times here and always have received a warm welcome and great food. It must be good as it's always so busy. Great for family getting together and date nights x

I am a regular customer at Heens, always dine in but today I placed a take away and specifically told them to make it bit spicier and bit more flavourful but there was zero flavour only I could see they added bit of chopped red chilli . Absolutely no salt in the fired rice or any flavour. Their kungfu chicken tasted stale not fresh at all.I don't think I will ever visit Heens anymore.The food was terrible .

Poor customer service, the food arrived on our table but not what we wanted. I asked a waitress to check with the kitchen, if it has been an mistake and they could take it back since we did not touch the food. The waitress said okay, a few minutes later, a lady with crutches came to our table, starts shouting at us for refusing to pay a dish we ordered. We guessed she must be the manager of the restaurant or something, and tried to explain it was not the case, but she told over us and didn’t allow us to talk. Eventually I had enough. I told her to stop. We paid for the meal and decided never come back.

I tried to eat here by myself and they turned me away saying they were fully reserved. This was at 5pm when there was literally 3 customers. Did not want my business because I did not look like a high roller. The rude waitress should also get some education. Manners Maketh Man.

Beautiful restaurant! We were made to feel very welcome, the staff were super friendly and funny🤗.
The food was super tasty, fresh. Thank you staff and definitely recommend this place.
