Very good service and lovely food very recommended thank you

A busy concert weekend and we tried our luck to grab a bite to eat. We found Ni Hao on the main road. Clearly busy with reserved tables, we enquired about seats. The restaurant has a 5 star hygiene rating. The staff were super attentive and polite. The service was quick but not the push type of quick. There is a good range of dishes. We settled on the set menu for 2 as I'm really picky when it comes to Chinese food. It was great to find a set menu where I could eat all the dishes for once. The food was hot and delicious and again served in good time. While knives and forks were standard, we enquired about chop sticks and they were supplied. The dish sizes were perfect and we left nicely full. Each member of staff acknowledged our leaving with a good bye, even if they were serving other guests. Next concert I will be returning here.

I will be sad if there are people who haven't eaten nihao's Chinese food! nihao is so much better than Chinese food in Chinatown! Taro roast pork is really delicious! Chinese restaurants in Chinatown will burn the rice and the checkout is slow!

Normally use for delivery. Food is OK but they do not cater for people with disabilities. They refuse to deliver to your door if you are not on yhe ground floor. Wife Normally would go down to collect the food but on a couple of occasions, I had to request they come up. We have no issue with other takeaway.

They have now refused to deliver to my property stating I should go somewhere else even though i explained aboutmy disabilities. This goes against equity.

Everything was great and warm sake really nice in winter weather. However pork buns were worse than usual, and not so good as used to be. Awesome place nonetheless.

Went here for dinner for my birthday with my mum on a Monday evening. The food was great and the service was exceptional. If you like Chinese food I would highly recommend this restaurant!

One of the best places to eat Chinese. Out of many places I have tried for the passed years, this is one of the best and always friendly stuff and amazing tasting food. Price is reasonable hence coming very often here. I am glad I have found this place 🙏🏻Can’t recommend them enough. Nick

bad experience I had in this restaurant!

Instead of kung paw chicken they served me sweet and sour chicken at the same time they were arguing that i was ordered wrong food

They served me wrong food but they were arguing that they are correct

then again i placed new order but they served me which was not cooked with soya extra sauce !

I was surprised but anyhow it gonna be my last visit so i kept my self quite.
