ROAST DUCK INN

I have been here a few times with my girlfriend and we've always gone for the meat over rice. The portion size is great for the price and so it is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

The roast pork aka chasiu as well as the roast duck are our favourite with the duck being served on the bone which is very authentic Cantonese and Hong Kong style.

The staff are super friendly and they also serve our favourite brand of lemon iced tea. So good!

Value for money. Outwardly a cafe but the food is excellent and good value for money. The hanging roast meats and duck in the window gives you a clue to what you can expect. There is a limited dim sum menu but my favourite dishes such as beef ho fun and choi sum fried with garlic were available. This washed down with an unlimited supply of hot water for our pot of chinese tea. Get there early for a table or go mid-week. Although the lighting is a little harsh, the seats are hard and the are no table cloths, you will be enjoying your meal instead. Go with friends so that you can try more dishes.

This is my first 5 star rating ever. The food delicious, flavoursome and the 'wok heh' is great. The choice amazing - considering its location and distance from me, Enfield; where a noodle House is nonexistent. Beef brisket, pig foot and udon et all. If the beef ho fun is good, which it was; all else follows. Found this by chance on Google maps when looking for some food after spending a day at the lovely stanborough park.

Very friendly staff with excellent service. The quality of the food is fantastic with very generous portion sizes. I definitely recommend anyone to go and try their food.

Very authentic Chinese/ Cantonese food. The pan fried beef noodles (hall phan) is my favorite! I’m from Hong Kong and I can definitely say their food is better than a lot those in Hong Kong. I had the Hong Kong style milk tea, which is also very good. We ordered half of roasted duck takeaway for our dinner. My kids finished the dish in less than 15 minutes… lol. Definitely recommend to the one who wants to taste or miss the authentic Hong Kong local food 👍🏻

Ordered from here when our usual supplier of tasty Chinese food took a holiday. As a result they were extremely busy that night so we had to wait much longer than indicated. However the food was great, very tasty, well cooked and of a high standard. Will definitely order from there in future.
