Golden Orient

We went out for Sunday lunch. We were around 20 people and a few kids. Food was really tasty! All the food was warm! And the desserts at the end so good. Especially the chocolate fountain! The kids but also the adults loved it!

Awesome food genuinely probably the nicest all you can eat I have had before. Food is good quality and staff are great. Not to mention it is super cheap for what you get, two of us each had a coke as well and only came to £33. Great value for money and super enjoyable!

Not great… staff friendly & efficient but food choices were limited & all the sweets / desserts looked like they’d been out a week, dry and cheap looking. Toilets dirty - wouldn’t go again. Used to be much better years ago.

Went for a birthday meal, friendly place but the food does come back to bite you. A table of 5 now can’t get off the toilet, wouldn’t make a swift return any time soon. Needs a visit from environmental health, we’re not well. As I type this 4 of the 5 guests are now on the toilet

It's ok, reasonable selection of food, quite nice. Decor a little dated. Would go again, but not in a hurry, maybe just for a change or if I am VERY hungry.

We visited on a Saturday for lunch. They have spaced the tables out inside for social distancing plus a load of other measures. It was great to see they have really made an effort.

Most of the food was fresh and tasty and the desert selection was really good. They also had an ice cream machine - and ice cream was lovely!

All the staff were really friendly and patient.

Wouldn’t recommend. Not much food to chose from. The food you could chose from wasn’t very nice. Noodles were very dry, all the meat didn’t seem cooked. We saw a hair in the grapes and told a member of staff, she pulled the hair out, smiled at us and walked off. Not very clean inside, there was chewing gum on the seats. It was very dated, will not be returning.
