Ordered via Uber eats.

Later than advertised, called them up for an update, got told are you sure you ordered? Yes I'm sure.
Missing parts of my order called up to see where missing parts was. And heard the female I was talking to say 'this one is complaining about missing food'. Comes back on phone and asks if I'm sure its missing, we put it in. Well clearly they didn't.
Eventually send me a my missing food, no apology or little extra just for inconvenience (I didn't want anything but customer service). Just put in my hand in a bag.
Won't be ordering again.

Petty and gross. They sent a completely different meat dish instead of a vegetarian choice on our just eat order. We politely complained and were refunded. However, on our next order they placed a piece of beef on top of the vegetarian dish as an FU so now I’m leaving them a review to show what immature pr*cks they are. Will not use again

If I could give no stars then I would. Worst Chinese I've ever had. Waited 2 and half hours. Got it. Chow mein smelt burnt and tasted burnt and bland. Swapped food with my partner. He had foo Yung..... Was horrible. All went in the bin. Waste of money

Ordered food on just eat, didnt deliver then blocked my phone number after calling them. Dreadful service

We order from here regularly, the food is amazing!The best Chinese takeaway around. The lady on the phone and all of the drivers are very friendly and always get our order done and delivered very quickly

Worst place ever, just spoke to a young girl to chase my delivery that at time of ordering said 1 hour, now 2 hours later still nothing delivered. Her attitude stinks, rude and shouting over me. Want to complain and no manager ever attends, so what can I do. A charge back from my bank is in call for I think

Food was great And delivered on time twice… however the 3rd time we orderd it was over 30 minutes late, which wouldn’t of been a problem if the lady on the phone would of been apologetic and given us a new time instead of saying ‘however long it takes, I don’t drive.’

Little disappointed as the food was perfect.

Ordered a delivery. Said half hour. Over an hour late tried ringing no answer. No delivery. Took money rude. Really??? Ringing no answer. So no food took money. Want a refund. N we use you always. After this never again. Disgusting service
