Boultham Park Chinese Takeaway

Ordered last night wrong order when I phoned to complain she laughed and said its you then.
This happened 3 times when the final order came it didn't taste fresh as they kept asking for the order back so who got our old orders and who's did we get (it ended up in the bin)?
This started at 20.00 final order came at 21.30
If they read this I think you should start saying the item numbers & stop swearing on the phone.Also saying 10% is not really compensation.

Paper bag it came in was so damp from the heat it ripped as soon as I picked it up spilling chips all over the floor. I rang and asked for a refund on that item, they tried to fob me off, then told me I'd have to drive there that night to collect the cash. I told them I paid on card so they could just refund me that way and owner said he didn't know how so tough!

First class friendly service. Excellent food at realistic prices. Apparently you can phone your order in and have it delivered to your door. I just prefer to walk around and work up an appetite.

Well you've cracked it Boultham Takeaway. The meal we have just had was brilliant. So many chinese takeaways think they can serve out pre-prepared sub standard food. You should give yourselves a pat on the back as the food was delivered on time, fresh and delicious. Well done, we will be back.

I don’t know what Steve hilditch is on with! We was in the Chinese when he rang to complain. He stated at half 6 it was 1 and half hours late and he fails to say he short paid the delivery driver 😳 and the place only opened at 5! We enjoyed a lovely Chinese which took only 15 mins if that!

I think ppl need to think before they complain for late delivery. When half the Chinese takeaways are shut around Lincoln and he’s doing triple the normal orders for all across town.

Told 45 min took 2 hours order wrong manager very rude food cold don't doit it is awful

First of all wrong order - Awful food - chicken balls were hard as rock as if they’d been left out or cooked again. All three of us instantly agreed the Chilli beef tasted rotten, it was definitely off. Chef/manager had poor customer service skills and sounded angry like we were the ones at fault. Only rectifying point was we got our money back almost instantly. Would not recommend

Worst Chinese I've ever had ,food seem that it had been kept in the oven over night,chicken ball were dried out to the point they were like rocks,the dog turned up his nose to them,the supposed lemon chicken was leathery, rice was dried out,chips were rubbery ,special curry didn't have any meat,chow mein was slop,it all went in the bin,big waste of money,very disappointed.
