New Choi's Chinese Takeaway

We ordered over the phone at 20 past 5 in the evening and it didn't arrive until quarter to 8! it took them near on 3 hours to deliver our food and once it got here, it was absolutely stone cold! Absolutely ridiculous, they told us it would be delivered within an hour. what a joke!

Always excellent food and friendly service, we often have a delivery which gives us time to warm the plates and chill the drinks! They are very good at dealing with food allergies, nothing is too much trouble. £80 easily gets enough food for 6 hungry adults plus a child or two. Highly recommended their kung po and the chicken balls are huge, more a chicken torpedo!! Order and you will not be disappointed. We have used this chinese for over 15years and will not use anyone else. Keep up the great work😍🍲🥣

We asked for no peas and they added peas, the rice was overcooked and the curry was tasteless also its defo not moneys worth... im adding a star because chilli chips were good

There was 6 of us tonight for dinner and quite fussy eaters, but not one complaint, I was quite gob smacked as my dad usually complains about something, but they all thoroughly enjoyed their meal, will definately be using them again

Quite disappointed in the food ordered a special fried rice it had 3 prawns in it and bits of spam and a couple of peas not special imo, also ordered barbecue pork in peeking sauce what I got was a three quarters full container of bean sprouts and seven average size pieces of pork and because of the amount of bean sprouts the sauce was very watered down. This is a honest review a realistic 3/10 stars is generous. There’s better value else where that taste better 😟

Good service, the main lady serving always remembers my name which is excellent customer service in my eyes. Probably the best Chinese food in Corby. Very good.

We have had food from here for over a decade. Generally reliable quality of food.
On Friday the 25th of November we phoned in an order for delivery. It was a good size order coming to over £50. When it was delivered it was in a box. On emptying the box we found curry sauce over a couple of other containers and a large pool of curry sauce on the bottom of the box. I phoned New Chois to complain about the mess they had delivered and about one of the meals being half empty due to very poor packing. The person who answered the phone told me that when the delivery person got back they would have them call me to sort it out. It is now,at time of writing, Tuesday 1st of December. I am still waiting for them to call back. In the intervening days I have called New Chois on two seperate occassions and asked to speak to the manager. I've been told each time that they weren't there.
The lack of respect they are showing to a customer with a legitimate complaint,their food isn't cheap, is breathtaking. I am amazed in this current economical climate that they can afford to ignore and not engage with long-standing customers trying to communicate with them. I cannot recommend a take-away that will happily take your money but don't care,indeed actively ignore it's customers, if they dare to question if the service matches their prices. The simple solution now is we wont be using them again. We will go elsewhere, there is plenty of competition.

We have ordered a number of times and mostly been successful. We tried the crispy shredded duck on this occasion. It was a major disappointment. Wet and soggy with big clumps of fat. Wouldn't stop us from ordering from them again, but will be avoiding the expensive £9.50 fat chunks of duck! However the hot and sour veg soup is amazing!
