After waiting for an hour and a quarter, my delivery finally arrived. I opened the bag to find someone else's order. After 5 minutes on the phone trying to think where my order was they agreed to cook a complete new order for me but it would take another 20 minutes to get it to me. When it finally arrived, the ribs were totally inedible as was the calamari. I will not be ordering from there again!!!

Excellent customer service. I had lots of questions about what had wheat flour in and the lady I spoke to (Gemma) was above and beyond helpful, and didn’t rush me whatsoever. Just that extra few minutes on the phone has made me feel like a valued customer. We’ve eaten there once before and enjoyed the food, and tonight’s exchange on the phone has made us like them even more. Thank you.

Last takeaway we had was awful I feel it has really been that way for a while! The green Thai curry was not what it said greasy and bland and chow mein very tasteless what’s happening!

Okay, before I decided to write this review I have tried the “new place” four times in the past month, always ordering delivery through their website. The overall experience was a disgrace and I must say their customer service is beyond belief, it is a 0. My last delivery experience took me two trips to the shop, one to see where was my food, as over the phone they cannot simply answer a question in regards to “online” orders, and the second one to pick up the drinks the driver forgot. About the delivery driver, it took him nearly 3 hours to deliver my order and I had to answer him why I ordered delivery while living close to the shop, funny huh? Not to mention the missing drinks. About the food, honestly???? It is okay, pretty much the same you can get around here, don’t order the special chop suey as it is sweet as hell, it has nothing to do with the original recipe, the salty and spicy barbecue ribs have no chilli at all, also tasty quite sweet and the boiled rice is good as long as you want to roll sushi at home, very stick and tasty less. But what upsets me the most is the fact that I have never had the chance to enjoy their food popping hot, it was cold and dreadful, not what my family expected. Not order again.
